If you mean original Xbox games you can only download titles they have released on the Xbox Live marketplace. Although this isn’t necessary if you already have the disc.
If you mean Xbox 360 games, you will need the NXED (New Xbox Experience Dashboard) which is the dashboard with the boxes you scroll through, not the tabbed dashboard. Put in the Xbox 360 game you want to save to the hard drive, go to the “play game” box and press the Y button. There should be an option to save it to the hard drive which makes SOME games load faster and makes the Xbox run more quietly.

You cannot move music from an iPod onto an Xbox 360. You can only plug it in to listen to it. If you want to actually store music on your Xbox 360′s hard drive, you need to put a CD in with your songs on it and rip the music off it.
